The Servicemen and Citizens for American Rights Society (S.C.A.R.S.) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing support, education, resources, and advocacy for veterans and citizens navigating government systems and protecting constitutionally protected rights.

S.C.A.R.S. serves two central purposes: supporting American veterans receiving care through the Department of Veterans Affairs, and providing educational and legal resources for U.S. citizens confronting government overreach while exercising constitutionally protected activities.

We work to help veterans access appropriate physical and mental-health care, understand available resources, and obtain educational and legal support when navigating VA systems.
For Citizens
We provide educational and legal resources intended to help citizens better understand their rights and navigate disputes involving government actions and constitutionally protected activities.
